(Full-time Permanent Position)

Fidelis Companies client has a full-time/permanent position opportunity in the Los Angeles area for a Mixed-Signal IC Designer.

Students eligible include:

  • Students graduating in May/June 2014
  • Recent college grads
  • Alumni with up to 5 years experience


  • Develop mixed-signal integrated circuit designs for unique and demanding image sensor applications
  • Duties include IC design, architecture tradeoff and definition, modeling and analysis, schematic capture, circuit simulation, layout and physical design, debug and verification for individual sub-blocks, or top level integration
  • Bring forth innovations in IP and IP-reuse, and improve workflows and efficiencies through active participation in brain-storming and peer reviews


  • Master’s or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with one (1) to five (5) years of transistor-level CMOS circuit design
    • New graduates (MS/Ph.D.) with strong CMOS background will also be considered; minimum GPA of 3.50
  • Strong fundamental understanding of transistor level design, circuit analysis and CMOS processes
  • Knowledge of Cadence, Mentor or Synopsis design tools
  • Advanced computer proficiency and experience with a programming language for creating shell or batch scripts, and simple data analysis and reduction
  • Since the client participates in some government related work, they require permanent resident or U.S. citizen

Electrical Engineer
